Pre-Wedding Questionnaire

As the big day is getting closer, I would love to hear more about you and your wedding plans!

Below you will find a little questionnaire to help this happen. I hope you have fun filling It in!

Name and Wedding date

First of all, I would love to hear a little about the two of you! e.g. where did you meet, how long have you been together, any fun engagement stories?

Which part of the wedding day are you MOST looking forward to? And are there any parts you are nervous about?

Why did you pick your venue? It’s a big factor in the day, so I would love to know what you love about it!

The wedding party! Can I have a rundown of the special people involved in your day e.g. bridesmaids / groomsmen

Do you have anything special planned pre-ceremony? E.g. special letters to one another, gifts for your wedding party?

Ceremony plans! Who’s walking down the aisle? Any ceremony readings? Any extra details e.g. personalised vows, a pet ring bearer

Then it's drinks reception time! Food, drinks and photos! Are you having a confetti and a group photo? Just let me know if you have anything special planned for this time.

Are you having any speeches? If so, do you know who will be speaking?

Evening do! Anything extra I need to know for the evening? e.g. big first dance plans, dress change, sparkler photo, Champagne tower ect
